Mix Up Your Drinks

Devil's Claw

  • 25ml Desolate Gin

  • 200ml Fever Tree Indian Tonic

  • 1/4 Slice Grape Fruit

  • 2x Whole Clove

Optional: Add a fresh rosemary stem

  • Pour the tonic & gin with ice

  • Add the clove & grapefruit a few minutes prior to serving to allow time to infuse

Classic 7

  • 25ml Desolate Gin

  • 200ml Fever Tree Indian Tonic

  • 1/2 Slice Lemon

  • 3x Frozen/Fresh Blueberries

  • 1/2 Cinnamon Stick

  • Pour the tonic & gin with ice

  • Add the lemon, blueberries & cinnamon a few minutes prior to serving to allow time to infuse

Marula

  • 25ml Desolate Gin

  • 200ml Fever Tree Indian Tonic

  • 1 or 2  Dried Hibiscus leaves 

Optional: Use Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic

  • Pour the tonic & gin with ice

  • Add the dried hibiscus a few minutes prior to serving to allow time to infuse

Crystal Clear

  • 25ml Desolate Gin

  • 200ml Fever Tree Indian Tonic

  • 1/2 Slice Lemon

Optional: Use any variety of the Fever Tree tonic range

  • Pour the tonic & gin with ice

  • Add the lemon a few minutes prior to serving to allow time to infuse
